My career real estate began in 1985 as a property manager for a large portfolio of apartment buildings. In 1992 I got my real estate salespersons license and in 1995 I became an associate broker. During those 3 years in addition to homes, I sold farm property and commercial buildings on the east end of Long Island . With a keen interest in value I became a licensed appraiser and began to invest in real estate. Taking advantage of various trends, I successfully invested in vacant land and commercial property. I completed my first 1031 transaction in 2004 netting over 1M in tax deferred earnings in 3 years.

In addition to my real estate career, I have an MBA from  Pace University and worked for 10 years in  New York City . It was during those 10 years that I learned how trends can be your friend.  My computer store was one of the first in the City and in a few short years we grew from sales of $50K to over $10M per year.  

On December 23, 2005, together with several of the areas top brokers, we opened Keller Williams NY Realty, becoming the first Keller Williams in Westchester County . During our first year of business we achieved our goals by attracting 75 associates, and attaining a position in the top 5% of all real estate offices in the county in listings taken. Now in our second year we are pround to hold the position of top listing office in the county. We deliver what we promise to our associates with over 20 training classes a month in our market center.
